제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 주식회사 에이폴코리아(이하 ‘회사’)가 운영하는 온라인 스토어 옹드로울(onderoule.com)에서 제공하는 서비스 및 제품 판매와 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (지적 재산권)
본 사이트에 게시된 ‘물결(Wave)’ 및 ‘파동(Ripple)’ 심볼을 포함한 모든 디자인, 이미지, 텍스트, 상표에 대한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다. 회사의 사전 서면 승인 없는 무단 복제 및 상업적 이용은 엄격히 금지됩니다.
제3조 (제품의 물리적 특성)
제조 방식: 옹드로울의 모든 제품은 전 공정 수작업(Manual production)으로 제작됩니다.
특성 규정: 수작업 공정의 특성상 발생하는 미세한 바느질 간격의 차이, 천연 가죽(Raffiné Leather) 고유의 주름 및 혈관 흔적, 리사이클 나일론 원사에서 발견되는 미세한 질감 차이는 소재와 공정의 물리적 결과물입니다.
결함 판단: 위 제2항의 사항은 제품의 기능적 결함이나 제조 오류에 해당하지 않으며, 이를 사유로 한 교환 및 환불은 제한됩니다.
제4조 (맞춤 제작 및 고객 책임)
각인 서비스: ‘Exclusively Yours’ 서비스를 통해 입력된 각인 문구의 정확성에 대한 책임은 전적으로 고객에게 있습니다.
수정 불가: 주문 완료 후 제작이 시작된 단계에서는 고객의 오입력에 따른 수정이나 재제작을 지원하지 않습니다.
제5조 (청약철회 및 반품 제한)
반품 불가: 옹드로울의 제품은 고객의 선택 사양에 따라 개별 제작되는 맞춤형 상품입니다.
법적 근거: 전자상거래법 제17조 제2항 제6호(소비자의 주문에 따라 개별적으로 생산되는 재화)에 의거하여, 제작이 시작된 이후에는 단순 변심에 의한 주문 취소, 환불 및 반품이 불가능합니다.
제6조 (재판매 금지)
회사는 최종 소비자에게 직접 판매하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 상업적 목적의 재판매나 비공식 대행 구매 행위가 확인될 경우, 회사는 해당 주문을 임의로 취소하고 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 의하여 해석되며, 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법원의 관할을 따릅니다.
1. INTRODUCTION
This website (onderoule.com) is operated by Apolkorea Inc. (the "Company"). By accessing our site and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including the Wave & Ripple symbol, logos, designs, and text, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. CHARACTERISTICS OF MANUAL PRODUCTION
Production Process: All products are manufactured through a manual, hand-stitched process.
Inherent Traits: Minor variations in stitching alignment, natural grain patterns in Raffiné leather, or subtle textural differences in recycled fibers are inherent traits of the production process.
Quality Standards: The traits described in Section 3.2 do not constitute functional defects or manufacturing errors and are not grounds for return or exchange.
4. CUSTOMIZATION (EXCLUSIVELY YOURS)
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of any text provided for engraving or personalization. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect client input once production has commenced.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Exclusion of Withdrawal: Onde Roulé products are personalized items created to the consumer's specific specifications.
Legal Basis: In accordance with Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Act of the Republic of Korea, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund once production has started.
6. PROHIBITION OF RESALE
The Company sells exclusively to end-users. Commercial resale or unauthorized proxy purchasing is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of such intent.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
