Choose Your Product
Visit the Collection page and select either Lac or Goutte.

Select Colors & Embroidery
Choose your exterior color, lining color, and handle color, then enter your desired initials.

Place Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, production begins. Please note that cancellations and modifications are not accepted after ordering.

Crafting & Delivery
Your piece is handcrafted stitch by stitch, then carefully packaged and dispatched.

04 MATERIALS
Recycled Nylon — Exterior
We use nylon that has already existed in the world. It retains the same strength and texture as virgin nylon, while minimizing environmental impact. Its muted tones carry a restrained beauty all their own.
Raffiné Leather — Handle
Raffiné means "refined" in French. The handle, crafted from premium full-grain leather, deepens in patina and texture with use. Natural creases and grain patterns are inherent characteristics of the material, not flaws.
Recycled Polyester — Lining
The lining brings a burst of color hidden within the exterior's restraint. Choose from a range of color combinations to express your own signature.

06 CARE GUIDE
FABRIC (Recycled Nylon & Polyester)
Spot clean only with cold water and a mild detergent.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may distort the shape of the bag.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause discoloration.
PREMIUM LEATHER
Wipe away any moisture immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid alcohol-based or chemical cleaners, as they may damage the surface.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
For long-term storage, stuff the bag to maintain its shape and keep it in a well-ventilated area.

08 WARRANTY
Every Onde Roulé piece undergoes a rigorous three-stage quality inspection before dispatch.
A unique S/N warranty card hand-signed by the artisan is enclosed with each order — a declaration that the piece is complete.

International Customers
30% discount on a new purchase — one-time only. Return shipping at customer's expense.
⚠ Minor variations in stitch spacing, as well as natural creases and grain patterns in the leather, are inherent characteristics of handcrafted goods and do not constitute defects.
09 FAQ
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. As production begins immediately after your order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds due to change of mind are not accepted. Exchanges are available only in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Q. I entered the wrong embroidery initials.
A. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of initials entered. No modifications are possible once production has begun. Please double-check before placing your order.
Q. Will the leather handle look exactly like the photos?
A. As a natural material, leather may vary slightly in tone and texture. This is not a defect but a characteristic of genuine leather.
Q. Is gift wrapping available?
A. All orders are dispatched in refined packaging. A dedicated gift wrapping option will be announced at a later date.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for an additional fee — see the SHIPPING section above for details.
Q. Will I be charged customs duties?
A. For orders shipped to the United States (both Lac and Goutte), applicable customs duties are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. For other regions, duties or import taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility upon arrival and are not included in the checkout total.
Q. What does the warranty cover?
A. All pieces are covered for 1 year from the date of receipt. For international customers, a one-time 30% discount on a new purchase is available in lieu of repair. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For full details, please refer to the WARRANTY section above.
