Onde Roulé Co., Ltd. (the "Company") collects personal data strictly for service fulfillment (Exclusively Yours), shipment, payment processing, and essential client management.

2. DATA ITEMS COLLECTED

Required items include name, shipping address, contact information, email, and inscription data. Technical data such as IP addresses and cookies may be collected automatically.

3. DATA RETENTION & DESTRUCTION

Personal data is destroyed once its purpose is fulfilled. However, transaction records are retained for 5 years as mandated by the Electronic Commerce Act of the Republic of Korea.

4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE & OUTSOURCING

The Company outsources technical infrastructure to Shopify and logistics to shipping partners. We do not sell or disclose personal information to other third parties without prior consent.

International clients should be aware that their personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside their country of residence, including the Republic of Korea and the United States, where our service providers (including Shopify Inc.) are based. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data.
