주식회사 에이폴코리아(이하 ‘회사’)는 맞춤 제작 서비스(Exclusively Yours) 제공, 제품 배송, 결제 처리 및 고객 관리를 위해 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다.
제2조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목)
회사는 성명, 주소, 연락처, 이메일 주소 및 커스텀 각인을 위한 텍스트 데이터를 수집하며, 서비스 이용 과정에서 IP 주소, 쿠키, 방문 기록이 자동 생성될 수 있습니다.
제3조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간)
수집된 정보는 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 단, 전자상거래법 등 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 결제 및 계약 기록은 5년간 보관합니다.
제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁)
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 Shopify(인프라) 및 배송 협력사에 업무를 위탁하며, 법령에 정해진 경우를 제외하고는 이용자의 동의 없이 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

회사는 고객의 데이터를 암호화하여 저장하며, 승인되지 않은 접근을 차단하기 위한 기술적 보안 대책을 적용하고 있습니다.

The Company outsources technical infrastructure to Shopify and logistics to shipping partners. We do not sell or disclose personal information to other third parties without prior consent.
